NEW COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

We understand any concerns you might have. Which is why we've changed the way we operate in clinic so we can safely protect you and others, while still providing the best care possible.

SCREENING

A brief COVID-19 screening survey will be sent out to you via email 2 hours before every appointment. Please be sure to have it completed before the start of your visit to prevent having your appointment shortened.

If you find yourself to have any COVID symptoms anytime before your appointment, please contact us immediately and we will reschedule your appointment at no fee, a minimum of 14 days later.

If you are uncertain if you need to reschedule, you can click this link to use the BC Government Online Self-Assessment Tool.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Prior to your visit, please make sure you have completed all the necessary intake forms online. Our goal is to reduce any paperwork and to maximize your treatment time.

We also ask all patients to arrive with their own mask. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one at cost. To minimize contamination and time needed to disinfect between appointments, we also ask you to bring only small personal belongings into the treatment rooms (no backpacks, groceries/shopping bags, etc).

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time and unaccompanied for your appointment. Extra time will be spent thoroughly disinfecting rooms  between each patient, which means every appointment must end at the scheduled time.

Since we are not allowing patients to wait inside the clinic to prevent overcrowding, we kindly ask you to wait outside until your appointment time. A QR code will be in the front window of the entrance. You may scan it with your mobile device to let our staff know you have arrived.

Once inside the clinic, please make sure to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands before the start of your appointment and always follow social distancing measures (2m).

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We take our responsibilities as health professionals very seriously, which is why our team members and staff make sure to sanitize or wash their hands regularly, plastic barriers are in place at reception, each treatment room is properly disinfected and cleaned after every use and all therapists will be wearing face masks at all times.

If you're still feeling uncertain about visiting us in person, we offer Telehealth services with our physiotherapist. So you can stay on track on the road to recovery and receive all the professional advice you need from the comfort of your home.

If we haven't addressed any questions or concerns you may have, feel free to contact us before booking an appointment.
